Real Food Made Easy provides a range of services to help you put meals on the table simply and effortlessly.

In order to prepare meals tailored for you and your family, I will:

• Perform an in-home consultation and assessment of your dietary needs and likes;
• Prepare a customized meal plan for you and your family;
• Purchase all of the ingredients needed;
• Cook all of the meals in your kitchen;
• Package and label all your meals with detailed reheating instructions; and,
• Clean up your kitchen using environmentally friendly products, leaving it sparkling!
• Follow up with you after your first menu to get your feedback and set a regularly scheduled cook time.

Regular cook dates can be arranged weekly, every two weeks, or once a month, depending on your preferences for meal storage.

For an additional charge, I provide services that help provide good food for you and your family beyond the dinner table. Some of these services include:

• Pantry creation and organization
• Artisan bread from your own kitchen
• Recommendations about wine pairings
• Bento box lunches!!!
• Special occasion cooking services
• Small scale kitchen and herb garden creation
