It has been unseasonably cold here for the last week, and last night it started snowing again, so I had a hankering for something that would stick to your ribs — Like RIBS! While I pressure cook a lot, I had never tried it with ribs, so I gave it a shot, and am really happy with the way they turned out. Put some dry rub on, and let sit for 30 minutes, then threw in the pressure cooker with about 1 cup of liquid, and 30 minutes later!!! falling off the bone tender. I brushed on some BBQ sauce and finished under the broiler. It was so easy, I may never cook ribs any other way!
Having tasted your chicken pot pie, my sense memories went wild at the photo. Oh, and the biscuits you made to accompany…my, my…carbohydrate heaven!
